☆ GENERAL
● All commissions are digital only
● I may decline any requests I’m uncomfortable with!
● Commissions are for personal use (icons, wallpapers, prints, etc.). * For commercial use, please contact me so we can discuss licensing options.
● Please do NOT use my art for AI training, NFTs, or commercial projects unless we discuss licensing.
● You’re welcome to post the finished artwork online with proper credit.
● I retain the copyright to the artwork. I may post it in my portfolio unless you request privacy.☆ PROCESS
● Full payment is required upfront!
* For commissions above $50 payment can be paid in parts as we progress through the work.
● You’ll receive updates at each stage Sketch → Lineart → Colors for approval.
● Revisions are free during the creation process, but once the final artwork is delivered, no further changes can be made.
● Turnaround time: Maximum being 2 weeks (this could be longer depending on the queue)
● Rush deadlines may require extra fee.
● Final files are delivered via Google Drive (PNG + any format you request).
● I keep backups for a year in case you lose your files.☆ PAYMENT
● Accepted methods: PayPal (USD) or local e-commerce apps (for Vietnamese clients).
● You may cancel your slot before payment!
● No cancellation nor refunds after the payment!☆ CUSTOMER OPTIONS
● Want your commission to stay private or posted later? Just tell me beforehand.
● You can print the artwork for personal use (posters, stickers, keychains, etc. for yourself.
● You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own.If you have more questions feel free to let me know!
